Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 March 2026
Introduction
Offgrid Training is a private, offline workout tracker for iOS. These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain how you may use the app and the limits of the developer’s responsibilities. By downloading or using Offgrid Training, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Using the app
Offgrid Training is provided "as‑is" — a practical tool for tracking workouts and training. The app is offered for personal, non‑commercial use. The developer does not promise that the app will meet every individual need or that specific features will always be available.
Paid app and purchases
Offgrid Training is a paid app sold through the Apple App Store. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple; the developer does not control App Store billing or refund decisions.
Updates, changes, and discontinuation
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. There is no guarantee of ongoing support, future feature additions, or continued compatibility with future iOS versions or devices. If the app is removed from the App Store, it may continue to work on devices where it is already installed while it remains compatible.
Data, backups, and transfers
Your training data is stored locally on your device. The app includes export, backup, restore, and transfer features so you can move or save your data. You are responsible for creating and keeping backups. When you create a backup or export a file, verify that the backup is complete and stored where you can retrieve it. Before uninstalling the app, changing devices, or making other major changes, create a backup if you want to preserve your data. The developer cannot access or restore data on your behalf and cannot guarantee the success of third-party transfer methods.
Exporting and sharing
You may export and share templates or other data produced by the app. When you share exported files, you are responsible for what information they contain and for respecting the privacy of others.
Privacy and accounts
Offgrid Training does not require an account to use. For details about data storage and handling, see the Privacy Policy.
No medical advice
Offgrid Training is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the app for medical or safety decisions. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional.
Limitation of liability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of or related to your use of the app. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
User responsibilities
- Keep local backups of your data if you want to preserve it long‑term.
- Verify backups after creating them and keep copies in a secure location you control.
- Use exported files and shared templates responsibly and respect privacy when sharing.
Termination and App Store availability
The developer may suspend, change, or discontinue the app or certain features for maintenance or other reasons. App Store availability is controlled by Apple; if Apple removes the app, the developer may not be able to restore App Store availability. Devices with the app already installed may continue to use it while compatible.
