Common questions

How do I back up my data?

Open the app's settings and use the backup feature to create a backup file. This file contains your workouts, exercises, and templates. Save it somewhere safe — for example in Files, or send it to yourself using email or AirDrop.

How do I restore a backup or transfer to a new device?

On your new device, install Offgrid Training and open settings. Use the restore feature and select your backup file. Your workouts, exercises, and templates will be imported. This is also how you move your data from one device to another.

Where is my data stored?

All your training data is stored locally on your device. Your training data is not uploaded to any server or cloud service. If you delete the app, the data is removed with it — so make sure to create a backup first if you want to keep it.

How do I report a bug?

Send an email describing what happened, what you expected, and which device and iOS version you're using. Screenshots are helpful if you can include them.
